The IMG staff manage the entire pet relocation process, covering vet guidance, flight bookings, supplying pet travel cages (plastic or custom-made wooden crates as required), and kennelling services before departure and upon arrival. A dedicated vet member of the team will take care to ensure that each country’s legal requirements and procedures are fulfilled (eg tests and treatment), and they will make the last checks of the pets and give final transport approval before departure.
